RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS 

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
• You cannot cancel your order if it has already been sent.
• Customer MUST complete the cancellation form, or order will be processed.  Your order is not cancelled until you receive confirmation.
  

  To Cancel Ordered Products
  We suggest that you call us at  1-877-217-2626   if you are wanting to cancel an order.    Leave a message.     Then follow up with E-mail on the form below confirming your cancellation to    rambospaintballshop@rogers.com  . Any cancellation should be made within  the first 24 hours of submitting your order.  We attempt to contact the shipper in the first day of ordering so as to give promt delivery.
  If products have already been shipped, your order cannot be canceled 

RETURNS .

• BEFORE MAILING PRODUCT Customer MUST get Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) or return will be refused
• After customer receives RMA#, customer will be contacted by us with further instructions.
• If customer is instructed to return the product, we must receive product within 14 days, or refund will be refused.
• Returns are subject to a 20-80% restocking fee depending on product condition
• All refunds given in the form of an in store credit
  
  • Customer pays all shipping charges for trade-ins
  • If your purchase was made through Paypal, any refunds issued will have the Paypal fees deducted from the total refund amount.
  You may return most items sold by rambospaintballshop.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any opened goggles or lenses (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Paintballs
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
    
              

• Shipping damage,  any damage must be reported directly to the shipping company.
